In the Trident’s Centennial year, the fascinating journey back to Maserati’s legendary roots continues as part of the third edition of Milano AutoClassica, the motor show dedicated to classic cars which will be held from 25th to 27th April at the new exhibition centre in Milano Rho.Visitors will have the opportunity to admire the Maserati Tipo 420M-58, better known as “Eldorado“, a unique model designed to take part in the 500 Miglia di Monza in 1958. The first car on the world racing circuit to be entirely sponsored by a company out with the automotive industry – Gino Zanetti’s ice cream company – the original racing car finished in seventh place with Stirling Moss behind the wheel, despite coming off the track due to broken steering, and attempted the Indianapolis 500 the following year. It’s an opportunity not to be missed for Maserati enthusiasts, in an atmosphere made even more exciting by the special occasion of the Centennial and the showcasing of two other classic cars – the 5000 GT and the Maserati A6. From the current range, the new Ghibli will be on show, and there will be an area devoted to Maserati Store products for those who want to surround themselves with the unmistakable style of the Maserati brand.
It will be our pleasure to share the emotions of this unique event with you. |
