Santo Ficili to lead Stellantis in Italy

Ficili, born in 1966, joined Fiat in 1987 after 3 years of Lancia Business School. Within the group, he gained positions of increasing responsibility and at 360 degrees with respect to the automotive business.

After its beginnings in the after sales area, Ficili has gained expertise in the commercial vehicle and passenger car sector.

In 2015 he became responsible for the EMEA region of Mopar which includes all the after-sales activities of the (former) FCA brands.

Since 2019 he has been the head of FCA’s Business Center Italy and responsible for FCA’s Sales Operations in EMEA.
