Monaco Grand Prix – Vettel second in Monte Carlo
Monte Carlo, 26 May 2019 –Sebastian Vettel finished the 66thMonaco Grand Prix in second place. The German finished under three seconds behind the winner, Lewis Hamilton after a solid race performance which saw him always among the front runners. It is Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow’s fourth podium of the season.
Charles. Charles Leclerc was unlucky in the race. The Monegasque driver started from 15thon the grid and attempted the difficult job of making his way up the order, pulling off two exceptional passing moves, on Lando Norris at the hairpin and on Romain Grosjean at Rascasse. His race ended after 17 laps, when the team had to retire him because of damage sustained on his SF90, after a collision with Nico Hulkenberg.
On to Canada. The season now moves to Canada in a fortnight’s time for the seventh round of the season.
