Another of the legendary Modenese artisans leaves with Mauro Schedoni, brilliant and determined, to the point of becoming highly successful entrepreneurs in the world.

And the “Cuoio Schedoni Modena” was born from an idea of Mauro Schedoni, a great friend of Enzo Ferrari, a fan and admirer of the Reds of Maranello: to create with various qualities of leather, not the interiors of Ferraris – for that there were already those who took care of it – but rather making tailor-made suitcases, ad hoc, in terms of size and shape, to adapt perfectly to the trunks of Ferrari GT ! (Which are not large)

In a few years it has become an international success and above all a new trend has been inaugurated: that of the luggage set dedicated to that particular car model.

Practical man, hard worker but very passionate and above all brilliant, Mauro Schedoni is part of that generation of Modenese who have become famous throughout the world for their skills and talent.

Enzo Ferrari has always held his creations in high regard and, over time, especially when the “Cuoio Schedoni Modena” has passed under the management of his son Simone, the business has increasingly developed internationally, even collaborating with Lamborghini and then also with Pagani Automobili.

A serious and painful loss for the artisan world of the Modena car and beyond. We remember him as a great enthusiast at the inauguration dinners of the first “Menu dei Motori” yearbooks, at the Lauro Restaurant in Modena (photo).
