Russian Grand Prix – Free practice 1: Charles first, Seb third
Sochi, 27 September 2019 –Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel were first and third fastest respectively in the first free practice session for the Russian Grand Prix. The Scuderia Ferrari drivers covered 40 laps between them.
Waiting game. Before going out on track, Charles and Seb waiting a short while for the track to clean up after other cars had completed a few laps. The best of the Monegasque driver’s 20 laps was a 1’34”462 and Sebastian posted a 1’35”005.
Practice 2. The two SF90s will be back in action on the 5.848 km Sochi Autodrom track at 15 local (q4 CET) for the second 90 minutes of free practice. The final hour of practice starts at 12 (11 CET tomorrow) before qualifying at 15 (14 CET.) The Russian Grand Prix starts at 14.10 (13.10 CET) on Sunday.
